How can we not know…

He makes Himself so evident.

His fingerprints all over creation.

From the tiniest insect to the tallest mountains, and beyond to every last star far flung across the wide expanse of the universe.

Our God reigns…

We feel Him when a gentle breeze brushes our face.

Or the scent of a delicate bloom wafts on the wind.

Or salty spray licks our lips, soon to evaporate as sun warms our skin.

God’s masterpiece of creation reveals to all with eyes to see that He is the Great I Am.

His presence present in all His gifts of creation.

Shekinah glory everywhere.

For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse. Romans 1:20

The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they reveal knowledge.
They have no speech, they use no words;
no sound is heard from them.
Yet their voice goes out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.
Psalm 19:1-4

Everything was created through him;
nothing—not one thing!—
came into being without him.
What came into existence was Life,
and the Life was Light to live by.
The Life-Light blazed out of the darkness;
the darkness couldn’t put it out.
John 1:3-5

Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation?  Tell me, if you understand.
Job 38:4

When Dearest Husband and I traveled across America recently to see my babies out West we were overwhelmed with the sights we beheld!

Artistically fashioned by the Father’s hand.The ever changing landscape from sea nearly to shining sea, and absolutely a Great Lake.

And His purple mountain majesty.

I’ve never seen the sky so big nor have I been able to see clearly for so many miles all around me in 360!

Just when I thought my heart could hold no more joy over such beauty, we ventured into Southern Utah.

“It’s like another world down there,” said Kimmi, my Ben’s precious girlfriend.

From one amazing sight to the next, His glory was evident to the left and right and all around.

Capturing memories one thousand photos high and wide!

Took me weeks before composing this post as I just let it all settle down deep, my finite brain trying once again to comprehend the immensity and majesty of our great big God.

A God so big that He is with me now and there with you as you read this. All over the globe and back again. All at once.

Yet in His bigness, He knows us each by name just like He calls the stars by theirs.

Our road trip, a delightful answer to prayer in every possible way {God is amazing!}, almost left me speechless except for one phrase that I kept repeating over and over.

Thank you.

Thank you, Lord, for making all of this for all of us to enjoy.

Thank you, Dearest Husband, for choosing to drive all 5,000 plus miles round trip, affording me a front row seat at the greatest show on earth.

And it opened my heart and taught me things that perhaps I will share with you another day.

So for now, drink in all this beauty. Savor each scene, ever mindful that the effect is intoxicating!

Let the wide wild spaces open your mind as you reflect on the verses above.

And then let your heart expand as far as the eye can see.

For when we open our hearts, saying yes to God, we never can tell where His grand adventure of teaching us to love well will take us next…
